Sleep Soundly with Self-Hypnosis

Do you have a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep? Do you wish you could sleep better and
feel more deeply rested and energized when you wake up? Lack of sleep may slow down your ability
to learn, affect your concentration, memory, mood, ability to perform at work, and sexuality.
In the long term, chronic sleep deprivation may even lead to serious health conditions and higher risk
for early mortality. Hypnosis, a natural state of relaxation, can provide a way to improve the quality of
your sleep without the need for medication. In this class, you will learn to use specific self-hypnosis
techniques to improve your sleep, regenerate your brain and body better, and even apply these
techniques to other aspects of your life.

Mindful self-compassion

When we are harsh with ourselves, or self-critical, we can trigger uncomfortable feelings
such as anxiety or depression, or controlling and aggressive behaviors that isolates us from others.
Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) teaches us how to give to ourselves the same kindness and care
we would give to a good friend in a time of need.
In this two-hour workshop, you will discover and practice the power of MSC and experience for
yourself the self-acceptance and emotional well-being it can bring.

New Year's Resolution:  Stay Fit and Lose Weight with Self-Hypnosis

to reach your goals? This year, do you really want to see change taking place in your life?

In this workshop, a certified hypnotherapist will teach you specific self-hypnosis techniques to help you
reach your health goals and feel better about yourself. She will share with you practical tools
that you can integrate into your daily life to get more exercise and to lose weight.

You are invited to come with an open and curious mind, and to discover how practicing self-hypnotic
techniques for just 20 minutes a day can change the way you feel about yourself - and change your life!

Quick Hypnosis Tools to Lower Your Stress and Anxiety

One of the very first benefits of hypnosis is to learn how to relax your body and mind.

In this workshop, I will teach you practical tools that you can integrate
into your daily life to lower your levels of stress and anxiety.

Most of these tools only take a few minutes to learn and practice, and can be used throughout your life.
You will learn how to change your body postures and to use your breath and your imagination to relax
and feel calmer within minutes.

This course is open to anyone who wants to learn simple and efficient ways to calm anxieties

you will learn what can be achieved learning self-hypnosis, to experience it by yourself and leave
with tools you will be able to integrate into your daily life for positive changes.
